Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the timepiece has any signs of use, wear, or was altered from its original condition in any way (including engraving, sizing or the removal of links, tags, etc). All of our watches are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty so any concerns with the watch are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty once the watch has been worn.
Special order and custom order items, and deposits for special orders, are not exchangeable and are not refundable under any circumstances. Charges and payments for watch repairs or servicing for the work performed and are not refundable. All service or repair work is warranted for one year from the date of service.
An Exchange Authorization from Dioro Jewelers, Inc. is required prior to exchanging any merchandise. Exchange Authorizations must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery (please inquire about our December Holiday extensions) and must include an Exchange Authorization Number. Any exchange not having an Exchange Authorization Number will be refused.
Your exchange will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your exchange item. Upon receiving your exchange, the item will be inspected by one of our specialists to confirm that the original item has been returned and in acceptable condition. Be aware that any signs of wear or damage to the items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Furthermore, exchange packages which do not display a Dioro EA# (Exchange Authorization Number), are improperly packaged, or are uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
To properly exchange an item to Dioro Jewelers, Inc.:
Notify Dioro Jewelers, Inc. of your intent to exchange your item by calling 925-837-2340 .
Package your item for exchange including the original jewelry or watch box and all paperwork (including diamond certificates, and/or watch papers).
If you are sending your item via the US Postal Service, please send the package to:

Insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping charges). Please check with your selected mail carrier ahead of time to make sure that they will allow you to insure your shipment for the full value. If you do not insure the item for the full selling price, Dioro Jewelers, Inc. will not accept the shipment.
