Pre-Loved Watch Warranty Information

Your Pre-Loved Watch is guaranteed by Dioro Jewelers and is warranted against mechanical failure for 12 months from the date of sale. Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at Dioro Jewelers will void the warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover bracelets, crystals, batteries, or any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture due to improper handling. Misuse or abuse is also not covered. 

Dioro Jewelers will have sole discretion to determine and perform all repairs under this warranty.

Maintenance & Wear Policy

In keeping with jewelry-industry best practices, Dioro Jewelers recommends that all pieces—especially those set with diamonds or colored gemstones—be professionally inspected every 6 to 12 months. Routine inspections help detect and correct early signs of wear, such as loose stones, thinning shanks, or weakened bails, before they lead to costly repairs or loss.

Because jewelry is subject to everyday wear, Dioro Jewelers is not liable for damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental impact, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear once an item has left our premises. We encourage every customer to examine their purchase carefully before leaving the store to confirm that the piece meets their expectations and is free of visible defects.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge responsibility for the ongoing care and maintenance of your jewelry. For comprehensive protection against loss, theft, or accidental damage, we recommend securing independent jewelry insurance.
